At Million Praying Moms, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below before submitting your request through our contact form.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy on most orders with the following exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.
• Curriculum products may be returned up to one week after the start of that curriculum’s quarter.
• Products must be returned in original condition whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received damaged items or the wrong products, we will provide a free return and replacement or refund where applicable.

How to Start a Return

• Our Return Process

Step 1: Submit the Return Form

Complete the return request form for orders placed within the eligible return window.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely and include the RMA information with your return shipment.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
